Deb Milimaka Miles is a C-Suite Executive, Corporate Professional with over 30 years extensive leadership and consulting experience.
She is a results-driven executive with experience in the people business directing high-growth, and high-performance teams.
Deb has worked within the Financial, Retail, Technology and Cannabis sectors with a variety of small to large public & private companies such as Harvest One Cannabis Inc., SMART Technologies, Aguila Convergence Worldwide, Foxconn, Loblaws, The Odella Group, Future Shop, Hudson’s Bay, National Trust, Scotiabank and BMO.
She has led global teams as the COO/CAO/CHRO/CTO and managed large-scale transformation. She has gained expertise in Start-ups, mergers / acquisitions / divestitures and has led numerous restructuring strategies in large and small corporations.
She is well-versed in guiding companies through periods of transformation, acquisition, and assisting them in successfully adapting to ever changing environments.
